Nasty, drugs found in drawers

Convenient location

Rooms were very dirty Beds were not made Bedding was piled onto chair and desk Someone’s old socks and underwear were left in the room Staff was very unprofessional and extremely difficult to contact

Location was ok

We found food in lots of fridge, and drugs needles and straw in drawer then we searched and found baggies under the mattress. They said they would come Declan but we was nervous to stay and they went and played pool w buddies and didn’t clean the room so we left We didn’t get photos of everything like I wish. Called cops so hopefully we get money back

Gute Lage im Ort, Parkplätze.

Boden und Sessel schmutzig. Bis 22.00 Uhr überlaute Bassmusik, unangenehm im Zimmer. Zimmer nicht gemacht.

Absolutely nothing

The rooms were nasty. Beds look like someone just crawled out of them. Room had bad odor. Could NOT reach anyone.

Locations

Smells, no one available on property at checkout and upon checking in employees were out playing pool and smoking and drinking and playing loud music which happened to be right outside our door.

Room was musty. Alot of dander on the edge of the boxspring. Went into room and checked bed first thing. No bedbugs found but another customer checking in found bugs in the bed and took pictures. Came out and showed us and we went into the office and told them we were not staying. Female at desk was polite but did not ask us any questions just took our keys back. Unable to get a refund due to policy. Felt uncomfortable staying since cleaning was being done room to room. Not sure if bugs or eggs were carried from room to room. I had to eat my cost for 2 rooms 1 night and found another place to stay. Not in Helen!
