La Rafal

Sehr ruhig (bis auf den Hahn) und ländlich. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Man kann direkt loswandern. Es gibt einige Optionen dafür. Sehr zu empfehlen ist einfach der Straße den Berg hoch folgen (ca 5,5 km) zu toller Aussicht auf Berge und Meer.

WIr hatten leider einen Wintereinbrauch. Für diese Temperaturen ist das Haus nicht geeignet.

Sehr schönes Haus! Alles sauber! Schöner Pool! Gute Douche, Glasscheibe nicht Vorhang👍 Küche gut ausgestattet! Die Leute die kamen waren sehr nett, obwohl wir uns nicht unterhalten konnten. 😁

Es war speziell mit den Katzen. Wir haben sie gefüttert obwohl man das nicht tun sollte. Das letzte Stück der Strasse zur Finca ist katastrophal! Da muss was gemacht werden!

God plads, fantastisk pool og uderum. Huset var velindrettet, dejligt med 3 badeværelser og 4 toiletter.

Sengene var hårde og enkeltsengen i det mindste kammer var en foldud-seng, der knirkede. Man kunne godt have toiletpapir, køkkenrulle, håndsæbe, vasketabs og salt/peber, madolie og et par flasker vand stående i huset, når gæsterne ankommer.

Fantastic secluded pool with great views. Choice of verandas depending on direction of sun. Lots of birdlife and a rural feel, surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation.

Some furniture a little tired. Some basic essentials such as washing up liquid and salt would have been useful

Great location, very pleasant to stay outside, beautiful views. We arrived late from the airport and the owners left us a welcome box consisting of some food for breakfast, snacks, water and wine. Overall a great place, we enjoyed it.

As some others have mentioned, some furniture is a little outdated. The beddings were a little uncomfortable. Also we were a little disappointed by the lack of basic amenities (salt, pepper, oil for cooking, dish washing soap, sponges). There is a dishwasher but no capsules .

Pool was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Towels changed mid-week was great. Tidy throughout. Key fob alarm useful as didn't require us to remember an alarm code.

The road (last 200 metres) to the villa gate is just a loose stone track which is also overgrown somewhat. Not ideal for a hire car you don't want to damage.

Location was excellent, quiet but an easy walk into Pollença. Perfect for a couple and well equipped with all the essentials.

Furniture was poor quality. Bed very small and pillows were uncomfortable. They were replaced upon request! It would be helpful to have dishwasher tablets and some basic cleaning materials supplied to avoid having to buy them for such a short stay.
