Dirty room with no sound proofing, stained with the smell of cigarettes, no english speaking staff, additional charges for unexplained policy.

海外の方が多かったですが快適でした。駅チカなのがなにより有難い。

駅からは少し距離があるけどよかったです。鳥の声流せるスピーカー置いてありましたウケる

The hotel is too small for the price. It lacks amenities.

Had a problem explaining to the staff at the front desk that my room was not ready when I arrived. It was night time and I came straight from the airport. I have to ask her to come with me to my room so she will understand. I was given a new room but my card key was not working. I was dragging my suitcases up and and down four times until I finally settled in my room.

ホテルの清潔さ、スタッフの方の対応は良かったです。ただ部屋があまりに狭かった…夫婦と小学生の子供の３人での旅行なのでダブルベッドに加えてバンクベッドという2段ベッドの部屋にしたのですが、シングルがやっとの部屋の広さなので3人には狭すぎで、お風呂の時なんか大変でした。

Sehr gute Lage!

I got to the hotel around 11:am and asked the person at front desk if I could have an early check in. I was told check time was 3:00 pm. Hotel has no proper seating so I had to wait 4 hrs at the in-house restaurant. My room was extremly small. Front desk wanted to charge me 3000 yen for an extra key. Stay away.

少々わかりにくい路地にありましたが、エスカレーターのある地下鉄出口から5分程度で着きます。近くにはスーパー(22時まで)があるので、水などはそこで調達可能でした。またウェルカムドリンクと電子レンジもフロント前にあったので、不自由はありませんでした。 ドライヤーの風量も申し分なく、部屋はコンパクトでしたが、とても快適でした。ただ、廊下の声や音が丸聞こえなので、気になる方は耳栓があったほうが良いと思います。 部屋の照明がどこもダウンライトのような感じなのですか、化粧する洗面台部分だけでも明るいライトがあれば良いかなと思いました。 機会があれば、また利用したいです。
