Location. short walking distance to everything.

The location of this apartment was fantastic and the bed was quite comfortable. Finding the apartment and gaining entry was also relatively simple. There are many options for food and shopping very close by and it is only a short walk from both the station and the Port.

Unfortunately the internet was not working. We eventually managed to get the WiFi connected but internet access was not possible. We also found some rubbish from a previous guest stuffed into one of the bedside lights which was also not working. The apartment needs a little maintenance to fix cupboard doors etc. which do not close properly.

Great! Excellent location , quiet and private.

The apartment is super centrally located in the pedestrian area of La Spezia, in a small courtyard away from the main alley and very quiet. Ideal for two. We came by car and the owner reserved a parking space for us. Be aware that there are extra costs involved and the parking is a few hundered meters away at the central railway station, so pack accordingly. The landlady Adriana was very helpful and responsive, we even received a link to a video showing us how to access the car park. We loved La Spezia by night, plenty of places to dine and the port is only 10 minutes away by foot.

For four people, the kitchen might be a bit sparingly equipped. For the two of us it was ok.
