청소 상태가 아주 안좋았고 샤워기는 물이 많이 새고 방음잘 안되어 아쉬웠어요.
4명이 같이 잘 수 있도록 침대 배치를 했지만 테이블이 없어서 조금 불편했습니다. 테이블이 있었으면 밤에 맥주도 마시고 했을텐데 그런부분이 아쉽네요 하지만 청결하고 시내랑 가깝고 좋았어요

The attitude of the staff at the reception, especially at check-in, was a little unfriendly. I made a reservation for a grand apartment, but the sofa in the room was stained and dirty. Transportation in the surrounding Nha Trang is good.

RUKR성인 5인 가족, 미리 공항픽업 신청하고, 커넥팅룸(더블+트윈) 및 엑스트라베드 요청 드렸는데, 모두 완벽하게 준비해 주셨습니다. 방은 넓고 시원했고, 베란다 있는 방은 파셜 오션뷰였어요. 웰컴티 맛있었고, 조식도 무난했구요. 위치야 시내 어디든 가기 좋아서 더 말할 나위 없지요.
방에 들어가자마자 쉰내나는 걸레로 청소한 냄새가 조금씩 났어요. 웰컴과일을 준비해 주셨는데, 없는게 나을 뻔했어요. 다음날 조식에서도 같은 과일이 나오니, 버고호텔에서 과일은 기대하지 마세요.
