Very clean lots of amenities including washier and dryer!!

The smell waking in to the hotel was very strong of cheap lysol.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff are very nice. The location was awesome, I would go to this hotel every time I come over.

Nothing to say.

Seem to be a safe area

Everything was convenient

Just wish the AC had a "Fan always on" mode, but it doesn't it can just be set to hot or cold and will only work in intervals

New, clean, good quality beds and bedding was much appreciated. Linens were clean

My only complaint is that , as a surgery patient, I needed to ask for extra toilet paper. We were only there one month night. First thing in the morning I request extra rolls. They were nice nice enough to send a maid up, but only with one roll. The maid said her boss told her as we were only confirmed for one bag night, we were only allowed one roll extra. That seemed really petty and ridiculous as I hear this play out from my bed. I mean, we NEEDED toilet paper, so to simply say no was incompetent. What do you expect your guests to do? Ok , I’d even pay for them, add them to the bill, but please I need to take care of my personal needs. I will say, the rest are f my experience with the hotel was great. I see this a probably more of a training issue or customer service issue, than an actual hotel policy. But if it is an active policy, I’d suggest you look into way to make it a win win for the hotel, but my personal hygiene needs as a customer.
