"Racist, Horrible, Dishonest, Sarcastic, Rude, Bad, Awful, Discriminatory, Miserable, Thieves, Fraud"

The lobby looks nice, and my first stay was decent. A good place to get verbally abused, lied to, and mistreated. They treated my white colleagues well so I guess that is something ... . If I could give this hotel a -1000 I would. I sincerely hope they change their policies and stop mistreating people. I will never be staying here again on account of their discriminatory behavior. Also I didn't actually get to stay in the hotel, I had to stay in another hotel. They stole my money. They said they would offer a refund but that was a load of manure. I'm not sure if they discriminated more because of the health condition I disclosed or the color of my skin, either way stay away from this place.

I did not enjoy the racism or the preference given to my white colleagues. I was mistreated and lied to by hotel staff. When someone mistreats you or treats other customers better it hurts you in a way that is hard to describe. I feel that I was treated worse on account of being a minority, worse on account of having a health condition, and worse on account of being a woman. The staff's behavior is borderline criminal. They are lying to booking.com even though I submitted photos countering their statements. They are the worst so save your time and your money and please book somewhere else. This was one of the worst hotel stays of my entire life. I did not enjoy the lies, or the sarcasm or the dog whistles.
