ZonaZ Boutique Hotel

The staff are very friendly. When I requested to change my room , Marcela helped me . The staff are all amazing .

Not really much . I’m happy I stayed .

The property was well maintained, comfortable with ice cold A/C. The staff was. Not intrusive, very private and guest friendly environment.

The breakfast was very basic and fruit could have been fresher. But it is continental, just don’t expect much.

I liked the location of the property, the room itself was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was really good!

Lots of stairs to get back and forth,but I used the funicular all the time.

Tricky to find

Perfect little boutique hotel located on the top of the Zona Romantica, overlooking the sea! Few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc! The room was so comfortable and always clean and fixed. They even give you a beach bag and towels to use during your stay!

Great location in Zona Romantica, walkable to Malecon and centro. Friendly staff, good size room.

Friendly staff and nice room. Breakfast could be earlier and better, though.

Second time here. Enjoy the accomodations and proximity to all the action of the romantic zone.

People above were abit noisy with there dog but just a minor annoyance.

Great location, staff were great. Cozy locale within minutes of the beach. Felt well taken care of by staff. On the day I was leaving owernship stated they were planning on starting continental breakfast. A nice treat to a solid location.
