The employees were fantastic, very considerate and helpful. There were water coolers available for guest use, which was really nice. And the breakfast! So good. My room was so comfortable. Hotel beds can really vary in comfort level, but these beds and pillows were really great. The location of this hotel was also good, with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Staff member temur was very friendly. The beds and pillows are some of the most comfy I’ve experienced. The breakfast was quite large and delivered to the room. They even sent a WhatsApp list of things to do in Tashkent which was very helpful.

The breakfast hours are a little limited 8-10, which is unfortunate if you have early tours. But the breakfast itself was huge and includes eggs to order, fruit, breads, sweets, nuts and more.

Отличный отель. Очень дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Очень вкусные завтраки, можно выбрать основное блюдо и напиток из нескольких вариантов+много еще вкусного. Завтрак на красивой внутренней веранде. Большие номера.Удобное местоположение для поездок по центру.

Отношение персонала.Завтраки. Все это было на высоком уровне.

フロントの方が笑顔で感じがよく、とても親切でした。朝食もおいしかったです。私はバイキング形式があまり好きではないので、きれいに盛り付けられた朝食を食べられたのは嬉しかったです。

久しぶりにスコア10点をつけました。 （Booking.comを利用して15年以上） ●受付のスタッフの方がとても親切で、 今回、ウズベキスタンで宿泊したホテルの中で（4軒）、 また、これまで海外を旅してきた中でもトップに入る 丁寧な接客だった。 出迎え、見送りをしてくれる人はなかなかいない。 ここでありがとうと言いたい。 この人の接客がこのホテルの評価を高くしていると思う。 ●空港、タシュケント駅に近く（タクシーで15分以内　※渋滞がない場合）、 徒歩圏内にメトロ駅もあるので、観光するにはとても 便利なロケーション。周りには、カフェ、レストランがあり。 ●ホテルも綺麗で居心地よし。 ７部屋しかないため、慌ただしくない感じ。 接客、場所、ホテルの綺麗さ、どれをとっても、 今回のウズベキスタン旅で一番のホテル。 部屋数が少ないので、ベストシーズンは 早めに予約をしたほうがよいと思われる。

After an exhausting train journey and the stress of navigating the city to finally reach the hotel, we couldn't have wished for a better welcome. It all started with the relaxing and fragrant atmosphere of the lobby, followed by a reception that was not only professional but also incredibly kind and genuinely warm something we had never experienced before. We travel a lot, but we truly can’t recall receiving such thoughtful and exceptional treatment. Temur is amazing you’ll feel that for yourselves! An excellent communicator, with perfect English, proactive, and always willing to help. We must also mention Chaqr (apologies if that’s not the correct spelling) and another staff member (sorry but dont remember the name)who kindly offered us tea well after we had checked out, when we returned to pick up our luggage. Truly exemplary staff unmatched, really. And finally, we must highlight the breakfast: unique, unlike any other we've had so far, served in a space that would make many restaurants jealous. It far exceeded our expectations, even compared to stays around the world. A heartfelt thank you.
