Great Location

Drains blocked, water pressure in kitchen, Bedroom mattresses very dirty, outside deck rotten and very dangerous, mold around pool, tiles in the bottom of the pool coming off, when there's heavy rain toilet paper gets wet, at night when the outside toilet lights are on you can look up at the glass and see the person next in the bathroom next to showing so id say the people next door could probably see you naked as well, overall the place could with a little upgrade.

It’s good property overall and quite because it’s the last property on the street . Need to cut plants which is too long .

Trim some plants because of that lots of mosquitoes . Need to use coil and spray .
