OM Clarks Inn Raebareli

Not at all good

Curtains , walls ,floor had fungus, the room was stinky, the wall painting fungus, bathrooms were dirty , clogging of water. Need to wear mask while sleeping as room was filthy, disappointing stay.

The property is not like the pictures. The place needs a major renovation, carpets needs to be cleaned or removed. The bathrooms need to be redone. No windows or ventilation. Stained sheets, old pillows. The whole experience was unbelievable. We would have booked in Lucknow and travelled to Raebareli than to stay there. It's unfortunate as the staff were good, the property just needs major maintenance.

The Manager at this hotel Ms Varsha Yadav runs this place very well and is most helpful and knowledgeable. I had a comfortable stay and the staff were the most helpful. There is some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness but overall I had a great stay. Definitely the best hotel in RaeBareli.

Terrible!! No cleaning, no hot water, no service It’s not as std of Clark or any branded property. Thier room charges are just around 2000 when you walk in directly. Hotels.com should block this property from portal.
