Rooms were so clean

Nothing, it was fine

The amount of pools

No hand towel, or washers. Phone in the room didn’t work. Had to call reception about noise late at night with personal mobile Bed was uncomfortable. No topper on The 2 singles that were pushed together for a king. Low quality tea and coffee options in rooms with pc long life milks. Was a couple in a room and put straight outside kids play area - very noisy

Stayed 5 days. The initial impression was ok. But it just went downhill.

Roach nest in the sugar tray, and they just shrugged it off saying "sorry about that". Wifi was painfully slow and intermittent at best. Pool is dirty with tissue inside even my kids were complaining. Carpet in the room felt grainy and disgusting when stepped on which means it's filthy. Not good for stays with young kids. The mini golf and kart only opens weekend after 5 pm. Fridge wasn't turned in and my food all went bad the first night. They only have 1 chair for a room of 4. The laundry room only has 4 washers and 3 working dryers and it locks after 9.30pm which means you can't wash and dry your clothes if you come back late from dinner. Buffet breakfast is average. The shower sprays all over. And they charge $2 for a local call out and this info wasn't written anywhere.

Whole place was a bit tired. Would have liked some comfy chairs to sit on in the room

I really love this property , my go to when I cairns . It’s in a great location , the pools are Great , and the fact they have 24/7 reception .
