Logis du Parvis

Amazing. Stayed for one night on our way south, travelling with friends. We booked the apartment room, two bedrooms with a beautiful living room overlooking the Cathedral. The view was glorious. Staff lovely. Would definitely book again.

The room was spacious with a decent coffee machine and a nice modern bathroom. The carpet was a bit grubby and the furniture dated but the bed was comfy. The room has a wonderful view of the cathedral but you can’t fully open the windows due to the fact they have fitted blinds that restrict movement of the window. We were there 2 very hot nights and the room has no air conditioning and as the windows don’t fully open it was really uncomfortable and we got very little sleep. They charged us an extra 16 euro for the room and when I showed them the receipt on hotels.com they were uninterested and quite rude. It wasn’t tax it was just a higher room charge and whilst it might be a booking site issue the dismissive, aggressive approach wasn’t needed. To be honest they weren’t over friendly in general even when you ate in the restaurant which is good but over priced.

We've stayed at Logis du Parvis many times over the years. The owners are wonderful and the location couldn't be more perfect. We typically book the 2-BR apartment, which has a great kitchen and sitting area. Both bedrooms are incredibly spacious. Everything is always clean and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Laon.

The staff were great , location perfect for seeing the town and the view of the Cathedral was lovely Food was fantastic

Beautiful situation overlooking the square and cathedral. Luckily the bells were silent during the night. Managed to park on the street (Blue Disk during the day) but hotel par was not offered. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the square; god food at a reasonable price.

Lovely apartment in the centre excellent stay
