The owner sent all details about how to collect the key, usage of the climatisation, and local recycle regulation. He is very helpful, arranged the most convenient check-in and check-out, we really appreciated.

Easy walking to piazza, museums, cafes and restaurants. A good kitchen and dining area for when a home-cooked meal is desired.

While not in the control of the host, there was significant noise from construction in another part of the building (jackhammers) and resurfacing of the road outside.

The comfort of the home, all the violin references, and the location close to Cremona city centre.

Bed a little too soft, one blanket for two people, but we could live with it.

Everything! Just like being home!

Even there were Air Conditioner it wasn’t enough for me.

Clean, well equipped, small outdoor terrace for clothes drying with pigeon nest. Excellent shower, good air conditioning, easy check-in.

3rd floor walk up, crappy internet, very dim lighting. Host Enrico texted at last minute that his credit card machine was broken, wanted a bank transfer instead. We left €153 cash on the table with the keys.

The apartment is perfectly located 10 minutes from the train station (an easy walk) and 5 minutes from the old centre of town. There is a supermarket Carrefour quite near (600 m). Kitchen was well equipped (even with an espresso machine) so we cooked every day. There is a washing machine in the bathroom as well if you stay for longer…

Mattresses were a bit too soft for us, you could feel where previous sleepers slept from their shape. But it was ok for three nights, nothing too bad. With temperatures reaching 38 degrees outside (and almost 30 degrees at night), the airconditiong had a hard job cooling the bedroom, but it is understandable.

Great location - 10 minute walk to train station, 10 minutes to the heart of town. Casa Eva is a self-contained apartment (large living room, very functional kitchen with excellent gas stove, bedroom, bathroom). Everything was new and very clean. Best of all was the quiet surroundings - residential area with restricted vehicle traffic. Our host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. A gem of a place - highly recommended!

The coffee machine, although new and obviously state of the art, was a mystery to us (We are British). A set of instructions would be good.
