"Karen Rocks!"

If you want a nice clean place, with a caring staff this is it. It's a great place to spend a night or two. The staff is attentive and get you what you need. The breakfast is really good, and it hits the spot and gets you off to a good start for your day.

"Great place to stay."

Rooms are very clean, front desk was friendly, and the chocolate chip cookies were a nice touch. Karen in the breakfast area was fantastic. Got slammed, but kept everything fresh and restocked. Haven't traveled around the area much, but doesn't seem like a lot around. But it is about 25 minutes from Rockford BMO Center.

The staff was very kind. The cafe lady was so nice and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. One of the best IH cafe we’ve been to. It’s nice to start your day with a friendly smile. The room was clean and comfortable.

"Great hotel!"

This was my first experience with Holiday Inn. I wasn't disappointed. The location is convenient. The outside grounds were tidy. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I checked in at around 4:30 PM. I noticed freshly baked cookies in the lobby for the guests. I booked the king suite. My room was really nice. It had a sitting area with large screen TV, a sofa and coffee table. The bedroom also had a large screen TV. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator as well as a coffee maker. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom had Dove hand wash, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Big bottles with pumps. The breakfast area was spacious and clean and well stocked. The coffee machine was the type that would grind fresh coffee beans for each cup. I plan on staying here again in the future. I'd also like to mention that the hotel smelled fresh and clean. They also had a "quiet" policy from 10 PM until 8 AM and a no alcohol in public places policy. You are allowed alcohol in your room
