Very clean in a great location within easy walk to sights. Supermarket nearby. Complimentary snacks in fridge. Large comfortable bed. Definitely value for money.

More toiletries and toilet paper required per room. Windows were not light or sound proof.

Ótimo custo beneficio. Um apart hotel simples, mas muito aconchegante. Equipe solicita, nos atendeu quando foi preciso. Em tese, não tem café da manhã, mas eles deixam um snack generoso na geladeira do quarto no dia anterior.

A localização pode não agradar a todos, por ser mais no centro. Mas eu gostei da proximidade dos pontos turísticos e do bairro Lastarria (bares e restaurantes)

The Loft Apartments are simple the BEST !!! We had a view of Cerro Santa Lucia, which was wonderful ! Lovely reception staff. Loved it, will stay here again !!

We stayed 4 times in 2 months as we moved around South America. Staff members are extremely helpful, letting us keep our excess luggage in storage. Location is super convenient to everything in central Santiago. And while the rooms are not new, they are spacious with kitchenette to self cater, with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The daily breakfast pack in the serviced rooms is a nice touch.

A little noisy in the mornings during rubbish collection but the back rooms are very quiet.

La tranquilidad, la limpieza, el personal amable, que todo el ingreso y salida fuese expedito.

Eramos 2 huéspedes y solo teníamos artículos de tocador para 1. Me dió un poco de frío y no pude conectar el aire acondicionado en aire cálido.
