Good location. Lovely staff. Free prosecco hour and bikes

Air conditioning - large vent in lounge area and only small ones in bedrooms. Was very noisy in the Lounge and we were using it for sleeping. Not cool enough in bedrooms

Excellent location , comfortable rooms, bike available for guests, very kind staff

The breakfast included using really a breakfast, but a light snack with very few options. Parking is a struggle , very expensive and only vallet is available and it takes quite a while , as it is not close to the hotel.
