Emidio House

The place is quiet with a beautiful view to the island of Capri. Nearby, there is a peaceful walk with a view to the coast, and touristic places are reacheable by car. The house is comfortable and there is enough space for 2 couples and a kid. The host Salvatore is super kind and very welcoming. He was always there to help and give advice for tips and trips. We had a wonderful experience in Termini and its surroundings. I wish I could go there more times.

Location is Termini, not Massa Lubrense so public transport not as good as expected especially on Sundays and taxis cost a lot

The house was really close to Capri Island. It was spacious, the double bed was comfortable.

Price quality is very good. If u want to see the amalfi coast. This is a very affordable place. U will pay way less then the coast of amalfi and find a more quit and beautiful place to relax after a day visiting amalfi coast. It is a 10 minute walk to a little village, with nice restaurants the host recommended, a little shop for groceries with very nice people who will help, a bar and a bus stop. U can take the bus to Sorrento or S Agata and then an other bus from there to the actual Amalfi coast. The busses are cheap and most of the time reliable but it takes a while and are very busy. I recommend renting a scooter, it is a way more beautiful way to explore and easy is to move from place to place. Rent the scooter in s Agata or Sorrento. On the amalfi coat it is to expensive. Bus is still a good option if u don't want to spend to much money. Nearby the house there isn't really a safe or easy spot to swim in the sea. U better go to Nerano. (10 min by scooter or bus). The house has a beautiful view. An easy good equipped kitchen and a nice place to sit outside. The host is very nice and helps with questions and recommendations

The bed maybe needs an update. The mattress wasn't great. That is the only thing I can say that wasn't great. We loved every second hear and hope to come back.

The host was incredibly accommodating. He provided us with everything we needed, gave good activities suggestions, and even did our laundry for us. The house was set up well to accommodate our group of two families with kids. The Punta Campanella hike, which was excellent, started right outside the house.
