The hotel was very clean! Nice, small gym and pool. Hotel breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Room was spacious and modern

Ease of location and that it was much quieter than hotels closer to the mall

Pool was freezing and there was a rude person upstairs stomping around the whole time. They wouldn't even refund us even though we left a few hours later.

Overall it was a good stay. The front desk person made the check in experience awkward. The facility was overall clean, but greater attention to detail would make it even better.

I arrived dead tired after an early morning flight, and was grateful that the front desk attendant let me check in early for a much-needed nap. My room was very clean and comfortable, and all common areas were very clean too. The staff at this location is doing a great job. I could have walked to restaurants if I needed to - good location and not isolated like some newer hotels.

Room was nice and clean, spacious shower and bathroom, close to the mall and restaurants. Easy off and on the interstate.

I have stayed here many times (7 nights total) visiting my son in his first year at Lawrence. I’m a big fan of this hotel from cleanliness, decor, amenities, location, staff and price. We love the laundry available (very helpful) and have been impressed with the breakfast options. We will be back.
