Location and quality of the facilities

Room was a bit to dark

Modern and clean

They did not have an iron available for a family of 4 across 2 rooms and when we asked the staff the only option they offered was directions to go and buy our own iron! Not acceptable when we are spending so much money on a hotel.

Tucked in a great little spot with easy walking access to markets and prominent streets in Palermo. Rooms are not huge but they are very sufficient for 2 people. Great soaps in bathrooms. The bonus for us was that they had recently opened up a rooftop area with bar and small pool to cool down, and up there was an excellent bartender who took care of us. The rooftop was more used than the little pool in the courtyard. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

The hotel is very stylish and they have created a lovely oasis in a busy city, complete with a private courtyard and spa, and a very good breakfast selection. With a roof top bar and sun lounge as well as a private courtyard for breakfast and dinner as well as for relaxing during the day with sun lounges

We had a problem when we first arrived due to a maintenance issue with our room and being fully booked. We stayed the first night with an upgraded room, which was very nice with complementary Prosecco and strawberries, however, their first solution to the problem was to transfer us to their sister hotel which was a B&B, which was not acceptable to us as this was a birthday celebration, and not what I had expected. I chosen this hotel for this reason. They then found an alternative hotel, for us to stay in the remainder of our stay. The hotel they found was very nice but not what we had really planned for, however, Fabrizio and Tony did go out of their way, to make our stay special with a dinner and Spa treatment offered to us, also to enjoy the roof top view of their new sun lounge and bar, which we throughly recommend. So we were disappointed in not being able to able to stay there for all of the stay, but we understand issues happen and they went over and beyond to compensate the problem.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto molto il design minimalista e moderno, la pulizia e la camera. Posizione ottima.

Il materasso è troppo morbido, ci si sprofonda letteralmente dentro e il fatto che il condizionatore non abbia la modalità deumidificatore, in una città come Palermo, ha purtroppo influito negativamente sul nostro sonno.

Locatio was great, the staff was excellent. Very clean, well lit. Breakfast was perfect.

Spa tub on patio was having issues that were never really resolved. Very tricky to operate, neusance tripping of circuit breaker and the tub kept draining by itself.
