"Friendliest hotel AND great location"

What a fabulous hotel - the staff are all super friendly, helpful, efficient, and pro-active. The rooms are lovely and incredibly clean. The food was lovely, the spa is very well done and a real added bonus considering the location. Surina and Fabrizo have done an amazing job and I would highly recommend staying here.

Besonders erwรคhennswert ist das auรŸergewรถhnliche Frรผhstรผck. Das Zimmer war sehr schรถn eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man benรถtigte. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Peronal war ganz besonders zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Wir haben die Spa nicht genutzt und kรถnnen daher dazu nichts bewerten. Den "Pool" hรคtten wir an heiรŸen Tagen auch nicht genutzt, da er von allen Zimmern (hofseitig) einsehbar war. Stรถrend empfanden wir die Musik, die bis tief in die Nacht lief (unser Zimmer war hofseitig). Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, aber fรผr Palermo sehr teuer. รœberdenkenswert wรคre eine Lรถsung der Dusche.

"Highly recommend to others!"

Best sleep I had in all of Sicily! Staff were absolutely wonderful. They helped with organizing taxi rides, laundry, dinner reservations, showing me around, getting luggage moved, checking in on me ( which is wonderful for a solo female traveler), etc. Will 100% stay here again! Super clean, breakfast was wonderful. Everything was perfect! Also, Thankful for the usb outlet.
