The location was excellent

The dirty toilets at reception The poor lights in the room not working The unhelpful staff The dirty room carpets The discomfort of electricity plugs in room

The location and general facility

The rooms are dated and most of the things are not working in the room, it was such a dissapoitment.

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers, ontbijt ook al vroeg beschikbaar

Misverstand bij aankomst over kamers, maar werd door manager goed opgelost

My airline lost my luggage when I informed the hotel staff they offered to fetch it from the Airport through their shuttle. When I came back from my conference in the evening, I found my luggage in the hotel - what an excellent experience

Except for forgetting to pick me up from the airport, not having any information about my colleagues, and the fact that I requested early check-in, there's not much to dislike.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper were great, Location excellent for where my customers are.

Can't say I disliked anything
