"Art deco on a grand scale"

Spacious sized room, beautiful decor. A little bit of noise inside and outside during the night. The mattress had comfort and cleanliness issues. The reception and housekeeping staff was great and Lori the parking valet was outstanding. She deserves a promotion!

"One of the most lovely vacations I've had!"

We stayed here for my birthday and this place has such a lovely atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, they are super accommodating for those in wheelchairs, and the staff is top notch. Loni and Avery were extremely helpful and great to have a conversation with while waiting and loading our car. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Wisconsin!

Excellent service at counter, bar, Restaurant (Emma) , Valet (Loni). Rooms were nice clean and comfortable. recommend this hotel for all mke visitors. Our stay was one night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

Very nice, helpful and attentive. Will for sure stay here again. The area of downtown is very welcoming and warm. The person at the registration desk was very informative very fast service and extremely polite. The room is gorgeous, and plenty of room

Beautiful Hotel Nice, Clean, Extremely Spacious Rooms. Lori at Valet was super personable and quick to park and retrieve our cars. She gave us waters as an added touch. Front Desk experience was pleasant and professional. This Hotel is a Historic Building but modernized.

"My Birthday Weekend"

My staycation was everything I wanted it to be! From the Valet parking (Greg and Loni) were so kind. Brandon the guest host was very professional. He provided top tier service. I will definitely be back! The ladies and I have officially declared the hotel and restaurant as our designated spot for ladies night!
