Location, cleanliness awesome

We were moved from unit 308 to unit 405. We are unable to report on the unit 405 through booking.com as we were told the host moved us and therefore the unit number with booking. Com can not be changed. I am therefore referring to unit 405. The fridge was faulty and all our food spoiled. We are south african and familiar with how a fridge should function despite load shedding. Our complaint was not responded to on the second day, and on day 3, just before we were leaving we were told that it was not faulty and there is unlikely to be any recourse. We just wanted a stress free three days away.

The experience was great, excellent location and view. It was like a home away from home. It is a beautiful big apartment. My family were very impressed, well worth the money. We enjoyed the convenience of the gas braai and waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the waves as well as seeing the moon reflected on the ocean at night! Lovely place.

There are a few things that need to be fixed. I wanted to open the patio door directly facing the lounge for the breeze and view but it was unfortunately jammed. The bathroom lighting must please be brighter and the light and ignite button by the braai must be fixed. Otherwise, other things were minor.

The public park in front of the building which apartment 308 looks directly onto was disturbing in that crowds gathered there and left their mess behind and were a little noisy at times
