Virgin Hotels Dallas

We stayed at Virgin Hotel Dallas for a business trip and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the team assisting with catering on the upper floor was equally impressive — genuinely lovely service. The bartenders downstairs also deserve a shoutout: attentive, friendly, and quick. Unfortunately, the meeting room on the pool level fell short for business use. The sliding doors don't seal well, which let in significant noise from the hallway — a real issue when you're trying to run a productive session. We also found a complete lack of desk-level power outlets; plugs were only available on the walls, making it inconvenient for a working setup. The restaurant hospitality downstairs also needs some attention. Service was slow and the food didn't quite hit the mark, which was disappointing given the overall style of the property. With a few operational improvements — particularly around the event spaces and restaurant — this could be a great spot for business travelers. The staff who are getting it right are a real asset.

We stayed at the Virgin Hotel for couple of day and really enjoyed the service, restuarant, coffee shop and the FREE local shuttle service. We were able to walked to restaurants, too.

Great experience overall! Very friendly staff and beautiful room! The valet guys are all friendly and helpful. This hotel has thought of everything.

I enjoyed the luxury accomodations and service. I celebrated my birthday with friends and we could not find a better location. The Common Club food and service was top notch. The manager took special care with all guests and made sure we were completely satisfied. The whole hotel experience is a Vibe.

Very disappointed with our Weekend stay. This entire hotel needs a refresh. From the moment you walk in the lobby, there are stains all over the carpet. The staff was friendly at check-in and promptly checked us in. The room is also in much need of a refresh, Stains on the couch and on headboard. Duvet had a blood stain on it and there’s no proper duvet cover just two sheets which come apart when moved around. We went in the only restaurant on site to have a drink at the bar, bartenders were very friendly, We soon discovered they had no air-conditioning and they had brought in fans. We were advised that the air conditioning does not work properly and this is an ongoing issue. When you walk in, it has a not so nice smell probably due to no airflow. Due to this, we canceled our dinner reservation. Our stay included breakfast which we were going to eat in the restaurant, after learning that there was no air-conditioning we decided to order room service, however after discovering The room service fees add up to 42% of service charges. We decided to go down and have breakfast in the restaurant thinking maybe it-wouldn’t be so bad because it was early in the morning however it was very uncomfortable eating with a fan constantly blowing on us. We love all of the other Virgin Hotels We have stayed at, this one was very disappointing and will not be returning or recommending.

Although I had a high floor, there was a guest that had a dog in their room, very close to mine, and the dog was barking all night, long while the guests were out every night. In addition, I was not pleased with the fact that I was double charged and had to deal with the headache of that. All the staff on hand were exceptional!

We had a wonderful stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas and would absolutely stay there again. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptional—helpful, friendly, and truly went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The valet team especially deserves recognition for being so attentive and accommodating. We loved the Funny Library space, and the coffee drinks were fantastic. We also really enjoyed spending time at the hotel bar, which added to the overall fun and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient for everything we wanted to do while in town, making it easy to enjoy Dallas without a lot of extra travel time. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip.
