Lovely rooms, very comfortable and spacious. The valet team were also incredibly attentive and friendly!

First time here currently December, the decorations , interior , the rooms are something everyone would love to see and experience, The Common Club is fantastic , the bartender Troy was so knowledgeable on drinks but also about the hotel, the food made by Jaeger was amazing thank you guys.

I truly hoped to have a wonderful experience at this establishment, especially given its potential and the loyalty I’ve shown as a returning customer. Unfortunately, my recent stay left me feeling violated, harmed, and extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I discovered a used butt plug left in the bed area — something not only unsanitary but completely unacceptable and unsafe. Under the bed, there was grime, dust, dirt, and even rose petals scattered across the floor. Batteries were strewn throughout the room, and an AirPod was left behind as well. It was shockingly clear that the room had not been cleaned properly and did not meet even the most basic health standards. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, I received no meaningful resolution. I was even promised a complimentary stay as compensation, yet no one followed through. The lack of accountability and genuine remorse from the establishment has been deeply disappointing. I would genuinely love to remain a loyal customer, but based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this business. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, addresses these issues at the highest level, and ensures no other guest encounters a situation like this again. Even a simple, honest expression of remorse would have been a good start. This could be an amazing place, but my experience was far below what any guest should ever have to endure.

This was our first time staying at the Virgin hotel chain. Arnulfo's positive attitude saved the day and he gladly gave us an early check in. It meant so much us! We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. Gavin at the valet circle went above and beyond to welcome us. His attention to detail was wonderful. (adjusted the seat for me so my luggage would fit) Jade at the restaurant was so friendly and genuine. Our room was very modern, comfortable and stylish. Bar and many snacks available for purchase. Hotel decor is so much fun! Every corner of this hotel has its own personality. Very quiet up on the 15th floor. Area is very safe and upscale. Had the peri peri chicken at the restaurant which I highly recommend! Bar tender poured great drinks and will take care of you. Highly recommend this hotel is you are ever in Dallas.

Troy at the bar is the most personable down to earth bartender you’ll meet. Ask him about his crazy stories he’s got plenty. Allen and Griffin at the valet were professional and extremely knowledgeable about the city with multiple recommendations. Visit this hotel if you like nice people who will treat you with respect and show you a first class experience in Dallas, especially for your first time.
