La estancia fue genial y el anfitrión un encanto. Casa limpia y ordenada con todos los accesorios necesarios para poder pasar un tiempo en ella

Por poner un "pero", la televisión no pillaba todos los canales que gustaría, pero eso es cosa de antena

Ivan è stato gentilissimo! Ci ha accolti di persona in anticipo rispetto alla data di check-in prevista. L'appartamento, posto sopra quello di Ivan, era pulitissimo e profumato. Perfetto per una coppia. Spazi ampi, camera da letto abbastanza grande con letti singoli, grande cucina con tavolo da 4 persone e dotata di tutte le cose che possono servire (piatti, padelle e pentole, spugna per i piatti e sapone, carta assorbente, sacchetti ecc). Abbiamo trovato in frigo succhi di frutta birre e acqua. Il terrazzo era molto carino, con una bella vista, spazio per stendere e un tavolino per due persone. Bagno ampio con anche la lavatrice. Soggiorno o corridoio di ingresso con due divani e tv. I restanti spazi non possiamo valutarli perché le porte erano chiuse a chiave essendo noi soltanto due persone. La zona residenziale quindi abbastanza silenziosa e tranquilla. Parcheggio presente nelle immediate vicinanze o a massimo 200 metri. La casa dista 20 minuti circa dal primo ingresso dell'autostrada e 30 minuti da Los Cristianos/Las Americas. Presente a 1 km un grande Mercadona.

Non siamo fan della tenda in doccia, avremmo preferito delle ante in vetro. I letti, due singoli e non un matrimoniale, erano relativamente comodi ma sia la federa che le coperte erano in pile. Era presente ogni cosa potesse servire tranne forse un piccolo sapone nella doccia (abbiamo dovuto comprarlo avanzandone la maggior parte non potendolo portare in aereo) e delle bustine di olio in cucina.

Beautiful apartment, lovely sunny seating areas. Well equipped kitchen. Ivan was very helpful. Located in a quiet town with a local supermarket, a few bars and restaurants. We arose early most mornings to watch the sun rise from the terrace. Having a washing machine was extremely handy.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The host hospitality and communication was excellent. We really liked the flat and the view from the bigger balcony! Also we liked that the flat is not in touristy area so you can rest calmly. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Ivan Nicolas for your cozy home and hospitality. We would like to mention that in reality the flat is a lot more gorgeous and cozy than as seen in the pictures. The flat is decorated with love and every picture has been selected with care, the apartment interior colors are warm and it is spotlessly clean. There was a sufficient amount of both towels and warm blankets. We think that Ivan could mention in the flat description that there are parking opportunities just 100m away from the house in the adjacent street. Thank you very much!

The only thing that we were missing was a hair dryer.

Very big appertement! Very friendly, there were some drinks, chips and water we find it very attent. Hè was very helpfull and waited for us in the night. Really nice place to stay

Friendly and attentive host who kept in touch with us, it was our first time in Tenerife and this was important to us. The room was spacious with a terrace and a lovely view of the Spanish streets and every morning my husband and I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the terrace watching the sunrise. Believe me, it's beautiful.The hotel is conveniently located. Clean room. Quiet area. Close to popular tourist attractions (we travelled by car). There are several supermarkets nearby. There is a car park next to the hotel. Take your good mood with you and come to Tenerife on holiday:)))
