"Malgré notre mécontentement au niveau de la restauration nous reviendrons pour les prestations du spa ainsi que le petit"

L’accueil a été très sympathique, une note plus plus plus pour le spa personnel, compétent, souriant, un super massage. Merci encore.

Un bémol au niveau de la restauration le personnel était très confus, le Ceviche de poisson n’avaient aucun accompagnement. Cela aurait été sympa de le signaler lors du choix. Le café gourmand n’était vraiment pas top. Dommage pour un établissement aussi beau.

"Belle endroit paisible"

Le cadre est soigné et joli. Équipements. La gentillesse et bienveillance des serveurs du matin et du restaurant.

Lors de notre venue il y a eu une panne de climatisation. Des scintillement sur la liseuse. Il serait bon de faire un état des lieux journalier par le service technique.

L’environnement

Hôtel 4 étoiles qui n’en n’est plus un ! Un très gros travail de rénovation dans les chambres, les couloirs , les extérieurs sont à prévoir ( nous connaissons cet hôtel depuis plus de 8 ans et c’est un vrai déclin ..)
