"Good, not brilliant"

very comfy bed, Cosy room with large window, very clean and tidy, breakfast was decent

Shower was dangerously boiling hot and could not be turned colder, view was just a wall

Walked into the room and it smelt of drains so Much we asked to move rooms! Hairs on the toilet and Corridors smelt fusty

"Lovely comfortable stay with excellent helpful staff"

I had some issues with the air conditioning and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They first tried to fix it then upgraded me to an executive room where the air con was working. I was also given a free bottle of water.
