Staff was very courteous. I felt safe traveling alone. The inside of the building was very well appointed and updated.

Not sure if there is anything that can be done about the outside of the building or the surroundings.

Delta Hotels Sherbrooke Conference Centre delivered a truly exceptional experience. The service was the biggest reason. Everyone was friendly and professional, and Omar and Christelle deserve special recognition for making the stay seamless and genuinely memorable. Their attention to detail and care for guests really stood out. The property is immaculate. My room was perfectly clean, and the entire hotel felt well maintained and fresh. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a high quality mattress and bedding that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also excellent. The food was consistently high quality, and the wait staff were fantastic, attentive, polite, and quick to help with anything. Overall, this hotel sets a high standard for service, cleanliness, comfort, and dining. I would absolutely stay here again.
