La habitación olía raro cuando llegamos, no hay teléfono para llamar a recepción, el estacionamiento está muy lejos y afuera no hay donde estacionarse ya que es una vía muy transitada.

Esperaba mucho más debido a las reseñas que leí. Pero la chica del check in estaba de mal humor y con mala cara . El aire acondicionado estuvo goteando sobre la almohada , la mojo y fue terrible dormir con el sonido de la gota toda la noche. No había otra habitación similar en la que pudieran ponernos. Quiza porque vivo en un lugar turístico conozco y entiendo la importancia del servicio y cordialidad asi como de la calidez, y lamentablemente no recibí ninguno. Únicamente la chica del check out se porto amable

Me hospede una sola noche, habitacion miy basica, con detalles esteticos, la ubicacion muy cebtrica de los portales de veracruz, tiene wifi sin problema, agua fria y caliente con bastante presion en la regadera, creo que puedes encontrar mejores opciones por el precio, el personal amable y atento

Clean facilities and rooms Comfortable rooms Internet with very good speed Very good location, behind the cathedral, one block from the portals, two from the boardwalk. I forgot an object and they immediately notified me and provided me with the means to recover it. And also, very affordable rates¡ My first choice whenever I go to the port, definitely.

"A lovely hotel-inexpensive and convenient to the main plaza"

I spent 4 nights at this hotel last August-2022-and it was a very pleasant experience.The hotel is very conveniently located-a short walk to the main plaza.The room was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was excellent.The staff at reception were super friendly and I was made feel most welcome.....Breakfast wasn't available but several restaurants were close-by...I am happy to recommend this place and gladly give it 9 out of 10.
