La ubicación y la habitación

La pésima atención del personal, no tenían la mínima idea de cómo desempeñarse no de cómo atender al cliente . El insoportable olor a cloaca que reinaba en la planta baja ( donde además se desayunaba y estaba el restaurante principal del hotel)

Cet établissement a de sérieux atouts. Il se situe à quelques pas de la gare et sur l'artère Jean Jaurès avec le métro et pas très loin de la place Wilson mais également du Capitole. Niveau localisation, c'est tout bon. La chambre est moderne, élégante et spacieuse. Le concept de la kitchenette est intéressant. Nous avons goûté la limonade locale et les petits biscuits en forme de coeur. C'était mignon. L'attention d'anniversaire était adorable (déco de chambre). Check in / out facile. Les produits de douche / main sont bons et locaux.

Le fait que pour un anniversaire, j'avais demandé une place pour 2 à l'izakaya, que ça avait été accepté et soudain refusé quelques minutes après. Nous avons bien compris que le restaurant avait été privatisé mais nous aurions aimé plus de franchise. C'est dommage car la personne dont c'était l'anniversaire aurait aimé manger dans un endroit qui lui rappelle le Japon et avait choisi votre établissement pour cette alcôve secrète justement... Déçus. Attention aux réactions allergiques avec la crème pour le corps / visage. Mon visage a été brûlé.

Lovely clean spacious room with lovely towels and comfy bed.

Funny smell in the entrance, reception staff were efficient but not welcoming no one asked if our stay was ok when we checked out. Recommendation for dinner on our first night from reception staff was one of the worst places we had ever eaten!
