Top Hotel! Bij aankomst vroegen ze naar betaling vd rekening. Aangegeven al betaald te hebben via Booking. Bij vertrek toch weer toeristen belasting betaald. Bij nakijken rekening van Booking, had ik dat idd ook al betaald, dus 2 maal t belasting betaald. Beetje slordig!

After a traumatic experience with another property, we were forced to enter the Carlton Square hotel for emergency help. We was greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. He was so kind at a time we really needed it. After realising we would not be going back yo our original property, we decided to book at the Carlton Square. I'm really glad that we did! I have never before witnessed how much care and attention a hotel can give its guests. CS put the customers experience as high priority. Every day there was a little treat for the guests, one day glass of wine in reception, another day we had Easter Eggs and on ine day we had little perfume/scent spray to take home! Amazing! The room was very spacious. The bathroom was lush. The bathroom mirror is very clever, it doesnt steam up! Food incredible and location was PERFECT! Bus access literally across the road. This is the best hotel I have stayed. Thank you, Carlton Square
