Phaedrus Living Constantinos Seaview Residence

It was a small clean apartment. Located close to the beach. It was clean and well maintained. The place was a little bit small for family of 6, but was ok for one night.

הדירה לא מתוחזקת. הדלת תקועה, המזרנים ישנים, מקלחת קטנה אבל הכי גרוע המזגנים דפוקים ואין צוות שיענה אלא במסרונים ולא יכול לסייע. היה חום אימים אי אפשר להירדם או לשהות בדירה.

Apartament znajduje się w wspaniałej lokalizacji jest blisko do morza (około 200m) oraz do sklepów. Ogromnym udogodnieniem był także przystanek autobusowy pod samym apartamentem z którego łatwo dało się dotrzeć np do lotniska czy innych atrakcji. Mieszkanie było ładne , zadbane i czyste . Klimatyzacja działa i dobrze chłodzi mieszkanie .

-małą łazienka z bardzo słabym światłem -brak jakichkolwiek środków czystości bądź urządzen do podtrzymywania jej (brak ręczników papierowych , mopa ) jedyną rzeczą był odkurzacz z słabym ssaniem

Τα 2 από τα 3 airconditions στο διαμέρισμα δέν πάγωναν καθόλου τον χώρο, με αποτέλεσμα να ζεστένεσαι ακόμα και το βράδυ. Όταν το αναφέραμε, μας είπαν ότι τα έλεγξαν και προσπάθησαν να μας πείσουν ότι δεν είχαν πρόβλημα!! Παλιό κτήριο και ακάθαρτη σκάλα εξωτερικα, χωρίς ανελκιστήρα.

The place is new and neat.

1) AC does not work is a major issue for the stay. The living room was very hot when we arrived. We turned on AC and left for few hours. The temperature did not drop much by the time we came back and stayed hot throughout the entire stay. We are from Florida and used to the heat, but the room temperature is too hot to be comfortable. We can not stay more than five minutes without feeling sweaty. 2) The bathroom is also no cooling due to no AC ducting. so we ended up took cold water shower. 3) we have traveled around the world and this is the first time we did not see any soap, shampoo, or body wash provided. Not sure if the host expect the guest to go to shop their own after long trips or what is their reason. My husband ended up using the dish detergent for his shower I have to wait until we went out to purchase our own soap.

Good value overall.

Incomplete o poor kitchen utensils, AC needs cleaning and service.
