Casa Nostra Luxury Suites & Spa

Worst experience - do not book. We made the mistake of booking “luxury suites” for over $400 /night. When we arrived, the first night, we got forced into this attic like room with tiny stairs to get to the bedroom. The worst was the bathroom which had a horrendous sewer drainage smell that came into the bedroom, as there was no door for the bathroom. We had to sleep with our N95 masks on but still threw up twice with the waves of awful sewer smell. When we checked out, the manager, Vincenzo agreed to a partial refund, but couldn't do it there - due to hotels.com. Hotels.com called him on our behalf, and he flat out lied and refused it. Horrible experience and unethical.

The absolute best staff. Can’t wait to book for next year. I can’t say how great the staff was! Breakfast great the room phenomenal but Tony really stuck out and made us feel like we were the most important couple staying with them. Thank you all so much see you all next year!

Positives Close to a lot of site seeing in the city Staff were great Negative Mosquitoes and ants in the room Power outage with no backup generator Shower water and sewer backed up with bad odor

Our reservation was cancelled at the last minute by the hotel. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. They couldn’t provide explanation why the reservation that was booked back in June was cancelled. We had to figure out where to stay at the last minute.

We loved our stay at Casa Nostra. It is a lovely place with plenty of spots to relax between sight seeing and rooms that are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was helpful and the courtyard area was lovely. We will be back!

The room was very comfortable, quite modern with lovely Juliette balcony & open doors to the internal garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best bed we’ve had in Sicily. Location was perfect for us.

Perhaps coffee pods in the room would have been nice!

Nice pillow and bed!

Room very small and Dark with a useless balcony facing a Wall! Wardrobe very small for two persons and no chair in the room. The swimmingpool and Sun chairs? I don’t Think Any Want to use the pool (3x4m) in the middel of the dinning area. Breakfast very simpel and O’Neill coffe machine to approx. 30 guest at time?
