הכל ! קיבל אותנו באסם ( מקווה שכותבת את שמו תקין ) מנהל הקבלה איש כל כך אדיב , בעל תודעת שירות דאג לנו לכל דבר שרק ביקשנו אדם פשוט אלוף ! רשת בראון צריכה פשוט להוקיר לו תודה על השירות שלו . מהיום אגיע לת״א רק למלון הזה ! פשוט מהממם .

אהבנו הכל אין לנו משהו רע לומר .

I stayed for one night at the Debrah Brown Hotel in Tel Aviv after making a late booking and arriving around 10:30 PM. The service was excellent and truly above expectations. Special thanks to Yair from the front desk, who welcomed me at night with kindness and professionalism, and to Samara, the housekeeping manager, who was also part of the check-in and made sure the room was excellent. The hotel itself was great — comfortable bed, coffee capsules, a bottle of water, YES TV, and everything felt very high quality. I also forgot a gold necklace in the room, and Samara called to let me know it had been found. Thanks to the hotel team’s care and honesty, I received it back safely. Big thanks to Yair and Samara for their outstanding service.

חדר מרווח, מעוצב, מרפסת ענקית מיקום מושלם! דקה מהחוף , מדיזנגוף מהברים והמסעדות. בנוסף, מסעדת שף של אייל שני - מעולה! וכמובן, שירות אדיב נעים. Everything was Perfect ! highly recommendation
