Please note that guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. The details of this card must match the details of the reservation's holder. For advance payment, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of the guest and be presented upon check in. For reservations of 6 nights or more, a deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay will be charged by the hotel at time of booking. In case of cancelation, this deposit will be refunded based on the cancelation policy stated in the booking confirmation. Well-behaved and clean dogs are accepted within the establishment for a supplement of €40 per night and per animal. We inform you that they are not allowed in the spa and around the swimming pool. In the event of damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge €400 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay. All rooms are nonsmoking: If we detect the smell of cigarets in the room, an additional charge of 400 euros will be applied. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your bank card prior to your stay. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay, within 1 to 14 working days, and 30 days maximum depending on your bank's conditions. The pool and hot tub will be closed for maintenance between 17 November 2025 and 21 November 2025. Fantastischer Meerblick aus unserem Zimmer sowie ein spektakulärer Weitblick aus dem Frühstücksraum auf Jachthafen, Strand, und Altstadt.

Der Pool auf dem Dach bei kühleren Temperaturen nicht nutzbar, da viel zu kalt. Keine Duschkabinen, nur kleinste Handtücher zum Trockenreiben. Keine Liegen um Innenbereich.

"Superb stay in Cannes"

The location is perfect. The hotel is nice and has a cool vibes, the rooftop bar is a really cool spot, great also the fact that the breakfast is served there. Special mention the staff! Alice has been very kind in helping me with all the request, also I would like to thank you Camille who made our stay very special, she did organize a special welcome to me and my wife for our first wedding anniversary!

Just a side note, in the bathroom the lack of towel hanger outside the shower

"Optimal Cannes Experience"

This hotel has so many great things going for it that it's difficult to list them all. If I could give my stay 6 out of 5 stars, I'd give it the 6. Perfect location near ocean and beach, quiet as quiet gets in beachside Cannes, but within easy, enjoyable walking distance to all the action. I stayed during the kickoff of the Film Festival, and loved the harbor walks while seeing all the sites. Rooftop bar, restaurant, breakfast, view is incredible. When you check in, go right to the top and enjoy it! Even locals in town recommend this rooftop venue. Friendly service from every direction. The modern and Cannes-inspired room decor was clever, whimsical,and fashionable. I genuinely enjoyed surveying the room for all its thoughtfulness. Staying at a hotel like this one makes me want to come right back! Or maybe never leave ha ha.
