El hotel es muy cómodo y muy lindo, tiene servicio de buffet variada la comida, todo bien salvo su costo por la estancia me pareció exageradamente caro muy alto el costo de lo que pagas por el servicio que recibes considerando la cd de Aswan yo hubiera pagado la mitad del costo que maneja este hotel

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the service was excellent. We had the best view of the city on the Nile and the elephantine island. We liked its location almost in front of the Nubian museum in a very quiet and peaceful area. The hotel shows age but everything is clean and well maintained. We were almost alone in the hotel, we felt like we had the place for ourselves. You have access to the services of the Basma hotel which was great for the restaurant and the ATM. The executive club has an exclusive swimming pool, we were always alone at the pool. It was very quiet and enjoyable. We recommend the hotel.

Hôtel fonctionnant avec le BASMA "ordinaire", par exemple pour les repas, il faut redescendre à l'hôtel BASMA situé en contre-bas du BASMA CLUB (et donc remonter après...). Assez belle vue sur Assouan et le NIL. Personnel très sympa.

Okay, so the Basma Executive Club was really lovely. The service was genuinely great – everyone was so helpful and friendly, which made a big difference. The facilities were also top-notch. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool with its amazing view of the Nile, and the executive lounge was a nice perk. My room was comfortable and had a fantastic view too. Overall, it was a really pleasant and enjoyable stay in Aswan.

Mr Mohamed Nigm at the reception is exceptionally helpful, attentive and showed sincere interest and keenness in helping us with everything we asked. The hotel itself was clean and seemed recently renovated. Had a very comfortable stay there

Go to the Hotel Don't eat from it's Restaurant!!!!!!!! Nice Rooms, nice service, lovely people, Clean Rooms, the View is also very nice, you can see the sunset from the Terrace. the Breakfast was fine. just the Hotels Restaurant ist horrible. Nothing more to say

Warm welcome with an amazing drink..comfortable room ..excellent check in options..good breakfast..beautiful view ..staff is friendly and helpful . Mr MOhammed & Mr Gerges Were really amazing person they have given complementary fruits basket and a snacks hamper ❤️ which was really adorable

Best place for far travelers from other countries such as Vietnam. Hotel staffs are friendly, helpful, extremely polite as ever. Historical zone is near the hotel and we are convenient to explore many many places in short time. Rooms and funiture are quite large, clean and fresh.
