A hidden gem! We didn’t expect this beautiful experience - the listing here doesn’t do the property justice. It is just in the centre, very clean and tidy. A beautiful historic house around great bars and restaurants to enjoy Cuatrocienegas both day and night. The owners are very kind and helpful, the room had warm water, towels, blankets - really comfortable! Definitely one to go back to!

Great location and a lovely property! It felt homey and delightful!

The communication with staff was a bit spotty on the holiday weekend. It is not staffed like a hotel,but rather more like a BNB rental. Not a problem once we were checked in and all, but would have been helpful to know before arriving.

Me decepciona la falta de respeto al cancelar las reservaciones de todas las personas el dia 14 de Marzo aun y cuando mi reservacion la hice desde Enero. por darle preferencia a un cliente autorizandole rentar todo el hotel el dia 13 de Marzo 2019,1 dia antes de mi estancia en Cuatro Cienegas , tengan cuidado al reservar en hostal doña Carlota, por que les puede pasar lo mismo.
