Only gave us 4 bottles of water then I had to buy it. Lunch food was basic the same everyday The resort was clean and the people were very friendly Had a great stay

Nice property with great snorkeling off the beach. Loved the pool! The pool had plenty of room, lots of available chairs and we were able to have cabana chairs daily at no extra charge. Very nice variety of drinks! Room was nice with geat ocean view and cleaned every day. Most of the staff where great however a few bad apples that made you feel like a inconvenience to them.

The property is beautiful and well kept. I love the beach access. The door to my bathroom couldn't close, and it was ackward getting into the bathroom - flawed design. Also, it was difficult to sleep in because the vehicles were loud in the morning.

Customer service not too great. Loved my room with the beach view. The food was not top tier either. Overall, the different views were really nice.

The food, drinks and entertainment were pretty good. Very lively. Pool needed to be better maintained.

I had a wonderful time here! Great food, great drinks, great staff. As a heads up, there's no elevators, so if you have an oceanfront room it's on the 4th floor. And sometimes the wait was a bit lengthy for the a la carte lunch items. But overall a great stay.

Fabulous holiday and the hotel and staff were brilliant.
