For an all inclusive property, no stocked fridge. Empty, shameful. 4 small bottled water per stay. Otherwise you'll have to purchase from gift shop. With a $24 USD per day resort fee.. Food selection is repetitive daily. Thank you

Our Ocean View suite was not up to standard, no wardrobe doors or plug in sink. Unaccessible electric sockets, faulty extension lead, wobbly toilet seat. Broken/ lack of coat hangers etc... Too many staff unfriendly and a general lack of providing a good customer service. Sunbeds could do with a clean and more parasols required. Food and entertainment, no complaints

Lovely resort for thise looking for a quiet hotel. All inclusive option was great but wendidnt loke the days that was "a la carte" we would have preferred a buffet all the time. Food was great but i wish there was more local/ Caribbean option. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly but we dod come across a couple of staff that were moody without a reason. I would go back to the resort as the positives weigh up the negative.

Loved the property, restaurants and staff. Fantastic snorkeling off the resort. Great amenities, tennis, piano bar, gym, pools and activities

When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working and was only fixed on Day 6 of our 7 day vacation. The toilet stopped working and the seat was broken. The bed was terrible and was not replaced for 5 days. We did not have any water in the fridge and when we asked about it, we were told that if the gift shop was open that we would have to purchase a bottle from there. We asked for another room for the last two nights of our stay and were told that we would have to pay an additional $325 US per night. When we told management that we would have to provide a bad review for how we were treated, we were told that "to do what we have to do" which was baffling. We were misled that this property was a 4 star. It is in fact a 3 star property. We would never recommend this property to any family or friends.

Buffet not good. À la cart was good. We had issues in our room. Which we did bring up to the general manager. There are areas of the resort that needs to be updated. Regular maintenance should be done.

The resort is somewhat dated. It is very noisy in the evening. In our room there was no hot water in the shower.

Need more activies on property.

A really nice resort and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Right next door to sandy beach, and with all inclusive you're getting brilliant service with no worry of the cost. I've seen some terrible reviews but the only thing thsts terrible is that I can't remember the name of the lady who cleaned my room... She was fantastic and friendly. Special shout out to guye who has an amazing attitude and so much positivity. A credit to the resort and the bar staff too! Also to those on reception when I was leaving (today) who are exactly what you need on front of house. The sunset restaurant... Amazing and thank you to the pastry chef who makes the carrot cake... It's delicious! Even got some to take back! Thank you sooo much! Foods amazing here... It is buffet but such a range and even as a vegetarian.. It's great. The roti was amazing and should do more traditional bajan food... You're chefs are great! . Really enjoyed it can't recommend this place more!

Overall it was a good vacation for both me and my partner. Would say again soon.
