The property is very run down, restaurant prices are three times more than 2 years ago, staff not friendly except for housekeeping. I will not be back

Hotel staff is always excellent and very accommodating. The property has been in decline for a while. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The tub did not drain, sinks did not drain and the toilet required a service call. The tub was stained and looked dirty. The furniture is old and worn. While I have loved this location for years, this will probably be our last stay. The location is amazing though, you cannot beat it. But I will have to find another place.

I left my drink to the beach to go to the washroom, coming back the cleaner has removed it and none could tell me where they putted the drink

Directly on the beach. With its restaurant on the beachfront pontoon very nice…all outdated but still enjoyable by the waters edge. I enjoyed my stay. Alichea at the tours office booked us on a daily tour with the rooster and love that too!

The pool is small and you can’t see the sea from the pool area as a bush is grown and makes you feel closed in!! Not sure why was built that way!! All in all these are small details.
