Says 4 star but it’s a 3 at best It’s old and tired

"Norton grange horrendous"

Breakfast was good

The room - 234- was dreadful - booked a twin room one bed didn't have a headboard There was huge bleach stains on carpet a chair that was full of holes radiator had a lot of paint missing beds were dreadful. This isn't 4 star! Our view was a flat roof with all the tarpaulin rotting away How do we get a refund

"Frustrating"

The breakfast was good

We had a dripping tap all night and a loud aircon machine outside our window so didnt get much sleep then at 6am the fire alarm went off causing me to get up in a panic for it to be a false alarm and now the hotel is ignoring my messages. Also the spa is full of members which wasnt stated on the booking.
