Great spa facilities Brand new gym which was really well equipped bed so comfy Outside courtyard area country setting

Probably not a great location if you want to go out in Manchester but great location for Middleton Arena

all staff very friendly and location was good for where we needed to be Good choice of breakfast ,lovely big car park

Unable to use plug in the bathroom sink ,staff released it when I told them, but it wasn't actually repaired. Didn't like that i couldn't use the pool untill check in ! I ordered 2 evening meals but they were fetched out 15 min apart

I'm just rating the themed party night I attended recently: overall it was a fun night but I think it could do with a few improvements. Firstly, I found it to be overpriced for what you got-£28 for a smallish main course and music. I think that should include a starter or dessert with that price as the main itself was underwhelming (I had the cod but others from my party that had meat were disappointed and said it was fatty/tough). Yes the DJ played brilliant music and he was good with getting the crowd going and involving people which was a nice touch. The dance floor was tiny! I think this should be made bigger as there's hardly any room to dance, which is what I go to these nights for! We ended up just dancing near our tables which isn't ideal. I also wouldn't be impressed as a staying night guest with noisy music from party nights and weddings but I can't truly comment on the hotel itself as I have not stayed there for years. I personally prefer the party nights at the nearby village hotel or the royal Toby.

The sound of what seemed to be industrial washing machines in operation throughout the night. Operating systems offline with hotel not being able to take payments at reception.

We honestly could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. Every single member of staff was amazing from start to finish — so caring, lovely and accommodating, with nothing ever being too much trouble. The planning process was seamless, the timings throughout the day were flawless, and every finer detail was carefully thought through. The venue itself, the bridal suite, the ceremony/reception room completely exceeded our expectations and made our day feel so special. A huge thank you to Charlotte, our wedding coordinator, who made everything absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail and support throughout made the whole experience stress-free and magical. From the beautiful setup to the thoughtful little suprise touches, everything was simply perfect. We will never forget how special everyone made our wedding day feel.
