Beautiful people, place, food. Clean and luxurious. Villa was gorgeous with a stunning pool. Indoor shower with birds of paradise growing in the shower. Lovely plants everywhere. Hard working happy staff.

This hotel is ideal for people wanting an escape from life. It gives serenity, quiet peace and calm without the masses of the other factory resorts. There are not a ton of activities, but I believe that's the point; relaxation. There's more personal attention but you definitely pay the pricetag. The buffet for breakfast is not extensive but several things things are freshly made to order from French toast, pancakes, frittata and more. The rooms are spacious and clean. Thought it was too far from town but again, if you're looking for a getaway, this is it.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. It reminded us of the resort on Dirty Dancing in the Caribbean! The resort is very laid back and relaxing, there are not even TVs in the rooms, which was fine by us. Kingsley, the concierge was great! I would highly recommend for a couple's trip, but we may bring our kids back next time.

My husband and our 15 year old son just returned from Round Hill. We stayed in the Pineapple House with a view of the trees and ocean that I would describe as breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of it and pictures don't do it justice. Note: We are pretty seasoned travelers. My husband and children have taken numerous trips. I sit here and try to think of one single honest complaint of Round Hill and realize that there truly is nothing I would change, folks. The service is second to none, every single employee greeted us warmly all the time, heck they even had left us snacks and drinks in the refrigerator when we arrived later than expected due to missing our plane (entirely our fault, but the RH staff quickly made us forget our woes). The food was delicious, and even my teenager drank the delicious blue mountain coffee every day. This trip exceeded our expectations. We almost never return to a destination, possessing an eagerness to travel to as many different places as we can afford. But we are already planning our next trip to Mo Bay and we will be staying at the amazing Round Hill.

The service at Round Hill was inconsistent. A bartender accused me of stealing a $12 drink and yelled at me across the beach in doing so. After I spoke to management, he apologized for wrongfully accusing me and comped my drink, but regardless, it was pretty humiliating for their staff to make a scene in front of other resort guests. We booked an ATV experience and were told to be at the lobby at 10:05 AM for our bus departure. We arrived at 10:05 on the dot only to find that our bus had left us. It was a hiccup that should not have happened. We told concierge we wanted to visit MB's cultural center/museum Monday morning. They suggested that we take the hotel shuttle to the city center, which departed at 10 AM on Monday. We hopped in the shuttle and drove to the city center only to find that the cultural center is closed on Mondays -- another example of a hiccup that shouldn't have happened. Our room was spacious and boasted great ocean views, but it was loud. We could hear our neighbors talking and making phone calls. The villa next door hired a live band late Saturday afternoon that started playing loud music and woke us from our Saturday afternoon naps.Our proximity to the tennis courts also wasn't ideal as the courts were quite loud in the morning. The food was fantastic, spa was lovely and the beach was great. But given the inconsistent service, loud villa and hiccups that did not make for a seamless vacation, we will not be returning.

Loved the options of water sports and also being able to just relax on the beach. Food is great- they keep the menu interesting and there is always something going on. The staff are so friendly and it really feels like paradise.
