Fantastische locatie in hartje centrum en super om in het hotel te kunnen parkeren. Prima ontbijt. Stille kamer gevraag en gekregen.

Durchdachtes, prxistaugliches Design. Automatische Nachtlicht. Genug Platz im Zimmer, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Lifts nur mit Schlüsselkarte zu benutzen. Ruhig, trotz Citylage. Wasserspender im Foyer. Zugewandte, freundliche Mitarbeiter.

"Location perfect but a lot of things that are not perfect in the room"

The staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful. Location of the hotel was great, next to Ludwig Museum which was our main reason we were in Cologne. Windows in the room can open for fresh air.

Hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Room was very simple. I made a list of things that bothered me: Toilet is absurd low to the floor. Make up mirror is absurd high up the wall. Faucet was hard to open. Bath is super high to get into the shower. Duvet to thick for this time of the year. Pillow cases are too small for the pillows so you end up sleeping on a pillow that was used by others. warm water takes long time. We both woke up with backspin but that is something personal But the top thing I didn't like is the clear glass between the beds and the bathroom. I don't have to see my travel companion sit on the toilet or taking a shower, very awkward
