Upon arrival, the front desk agent handling our check-in was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience. The hygiene in our room was also not what we expected - the bed sheets were dirty, and we found a cockroach in the shower.

אם הייתי צריכה להצביע על משהו זה על התאורה שהיא קצת בעייתית וחשוכה והכריות שהיו רכות מידי. מעבר לזה הכל היה מושלם.
