"Not what I was expecting. Service to the facilities is poor."

The staff were welcoming and helpful with directions. However, we were disappointed with the response to issues that was reported. On Sunday 4th May, there was renovation work carried out during the day with lots of noise and no notice was given prior to our stay that there will work done on the day. This was very uncomfortable, we are unable to rest and suffer with headaches throughout the day. Zi attended the wedding so tired due to not having some sleep before the ceremony.

Customers to be informed if there is work at the hotel so that one can plan appropriately. My son's bathtub was not working and I reported this in the morning and nothing was done. My son had to used my shower. We disappointed with the response to fix his bathtub

Bir problemimiz olduğunda hemen yardımcı oldular.Tesisin konumu merkeze araba 15 dakika olması güzeldi.Accor üyeliği sayesinde otopark için ücret ödemedim.Sürekli ücretsiz içme suyu mevcuttu.Kendi şişenizi getirip istediğiniz zaman doldurabiliyorsunuz.

WiFi problemi vardı. Lobi dışında odamızda veya başka bir yerde çekmiyordu. Odalar biraz daha büyük olabilirdi.Odanin ısıtma sisteminde problem vardı.Odayı ısıtamadık.Ayarlamama rağmen klima çalışmadı.Yorganların kaliteli olması durumu kurtardı.

Location

We booked a room for 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children) for 2 nights and specifically sent a message to the hotel before arrival to confirm that the room would be prepared for 4 people, as advertised on the booking platform. The message was never read. When we arrived, the room was only set up for 2 people. The extra bed prepared for our children was done in a very rushed and sloppy manner (see attached photo). We also requested room cleaning on the second day via the hotel’s QR code system, but the request was completely ignored and the room was not cleaned at all during our stay. For a Novotel/Accor hotel, this lack of attention and basic service is unacceptable. Very poor experience.

Hygiène impeccable dans la chambre, personnel serviable. L’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking très pratique. A 5 minutes en voiture des restaurants et magasins pour faire quelques courses.
