The positives of staying at this place included a great location and clean bed linen and towels. The check-in process was convenient, and it was unexpectedly nice that despite the initial request for a meeting to settle the deposit issue, we couldn't meet, and in the end, no additional demands were made.

However, our experience was marred by some negatives. The furniture turned out to be dirty, damaging our clothes, and not all of the old appliances worked correctly. The upper terrace was not cleaned and was littered. In addition, the presence of ashtrays would have been appropriate, as their absence became a minor inconvenience. The lack of simple napkins also made the stay less comfortable.
