كوخ دورين ثلاث غرف نوم وصاله ومطبخ مجهز ملاصق للقلعه نظيف جدا الكوخ المنطقه الخارجيه جنة ماشاء الله تبارك الرحمن ولك حرية التنزه والمشي طبعا بحدود ارض القلعه واللي تعتبر كبيره

والله كل شي حلو فيها وحرام اذمها لكن دورة مياه واحده كان مزعج

We stayed in MacKenzie cottages. The property is clean and very nice. The price is great. The property is perfect for big families, it is in a lovely location and we found our kids loved the grounds. The bathrooms were clean and the home cottage in general is in good condition. The only issue we had was lack of toiletries and lack of kitchen roll etc.

Nothing all okay. Prob could have done with fans tbh.

Clean and tidy

Missing anything to make it special or standout - very few and basic amenities provided which you are told to replace if you use. A sign on the shower saying to give it 30 mins between showers due to a water pressure issue - not acceptable for a 3 bedroom cottage with up to 7 people showering daily. Also informed by a sign on arrival that you are not allowed to walk in front of the castle area. This is not great considering this is sold as a cottage within a castle estate - only allowed to walk behind it (we were also told this by a very unfriendly member of staff) even when there was no event on the in the castle.

Great place. Nice and peaceful. We were there on our bikes, and it was a really safe place to leave them. Staff were really helpful and pleasant.

We really liked the area of the castle; it is huge, with a garden and a pond. The cottages are simple, but they have everything necessary and are clean. I would rate this cottage highly if it weren't for the mice.

We slept poorly all three nights because the mice were running around the house, including the bedroom. The administration did not respond to our complaint until the morning of our departure, and even then, they just said they were sorry to hear that and that they do have a Pest Control team, without even apologizing for our ruined vacation.

Unique property inside the castle grounds facing a walled garden. Clean and comfortable.

The house sleeping 7 people only has one bathroom/toilet. Navigation to the house is a bit unclear. The main entrance is ok but another possible road is pretty bad

Lovely place to relax, cottages all very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and my dogs absolutely loved it. Very quiet place to unwind. would definitely recommend 10/10

Cottage was very private. Lovely scenery. I had morning coffee and saw 3 deer having morning wander. Great walks and close drive shop. Facilities within cottage all you need. I had elderly mother with me and shower was ideal to support her. Beds were super comfortable.

No issues really, there is a step into kitchen which my mum avoided. Also sky didn't work. However who needs sky in such a lovely location.
